When I created DBP in 1997, my aim was to offer our future clients quality products and services combined with personnel and environmental safety. Over the years, we have developed our business; we have trained employees and created a stable and experienced team.
Today, I believe more than ever that, in order to guarantee a company’s profitability and sustainability, the men and women working for that company must adopt a «responsible attitude» which consists in:
Realism: in order to remain competitive, we need to invest and organize. That is why we have committed to setting up a Quality, Safety and Environment management system.
Modesty: we must listen to the market and to our clients so that we can learn from our mistakes.
Creativity: changes affecting the market have compelled us to continue to develop, to invest in new technologies and new products.
Organisation: working in good conditions should quite simply allow us to work better and to be more efficient.
That is why, every year, we improve our production tool, our working environment, and reduce accidents and environmental nuisances.
Pride: in this business that had a human dimension which, on its scale, forms part of the challenges which help to advance the world we live in.
A rigorous approach: so that we always listen to our clients because we must not forget that we want our clients to come back to us, not our products. Within this context, we are prioritizing reduced lead times and a quality that is consistent with the requirements and demands expressed.
