1 STAINLESS STEEL TREATMENT FACILITY

2,200 m² equipped with a 5 and an 8 tonne bridge.

  • 2 pickling tanks: 4800 x 3000 x 1700 and 6700 x 1300 x 1050
  • 2 degreasing and passivation baths: 3150 x 1640 x 1150
  • 2 electrolytic polishing baths: 2850 x 1900 x 1900 and 6300 x 2000 x 2000
  • 1 automatic polishing line: 3000 x 7000 x 1500
  • 1 specific medical polishing line for treating martensitic, austenitic and titanium steels

  • 2 pickling baths: 9000 x 2700 x 2600 and 3000 x 1000 x 1300
  • 1 degreasing bath: 6200 x 1000 x 1000 s
  • 2 passivation baths: 9000 x 2700 x 2600 and 4500 x 1500 x 1700
  • 1 electrolytic polishing line: 4500 x 1500 x 1700
